Departments

Moulding

In our production, we use machines from 25 to 650 tons from renowned manufacturers such as Fanuc, Arburg, Toshiba, Nissei and Haitian.

Toolroom

Available for all repairs, adjustments, regular maintenance and modifications of pressing molds for production.

Finishing

Here, plastic parts are finalized by secondary processes such as spraying, printing, laser marking and assembled into units.

Warehouse

Triplus SK owns a warehouse area of almost 4000 m2. Plastic parts are shipped out in cardboard boxes or in special containers stored according to the customer's requests.

Administration

Includes the Purchasing Department, Human Resources, Sales, Enviro/Safety, Quality Department, Accounting Department and Company Management.

Technology

EDM

Electro Discharge Machine for texturing of the part surfaces and to have a good surface finish.

Laser welding

To repair all the flashes that appear on the plastic parts. After welding we will fit to the original size.

Sandblasting

To get a textured surface or provide undercuts to the plastic parts.

Lathe/Drill,Milling

Machinery used to make new spare parts for the inhouse molds.

Tool Assembly/Disassembly

Assembly and Disassembly of molds for maintenance and repair.

Tampo

Used for printing regular and irregular shapes on the plastic parts.

Silkscreen

Used of printing flat large or small surfaces.

Lasermarking

Machine used to engrave the shape of logos and letters on the plastic parts.

Assembly Process

To complete assembly of a few plastic parts together as sub assembly.

Spray

Semiauto line used to cover the plastic parts with the solvent or waterbased colour needed by the respective customers.
